NeoX Organisers are pleased to announce that RC Racing TV will be Broadcasting NeoX  – the event known as the “Indoor Worlds” Live and for free Worldwide from the 3rd to 6th April 2015.

Taking place at the prestigious Harper Adams Agricultural University, England. NeoX will see the top ranked professionals & racers from around the world compete over 4 days for both 1/8th Nitro & E-Buggy Championship titles.

RC Racing TV, the official media partners of European RC federation ‘EFRA’, will utilise the latest broadcast equipment, bringing HD Multi Camera broadcasting with Live on–screen timing,  Mobile cameras, pitlane cam, commentary, replays and more, for free anywhere on in the world via You Tube across the whole event.

NeoBuggy.net , The Neo Race and RC Racing TV have a long history together starting back in 2006, with the 2nd Neo event being covered comprehensively on the Television show and also proving exceptionally popular on YouTube (with over 1.3 Million Views of the finals highlights!) The event featured on our TV show for many years after that, but this year will be the first time we will provide the live webstream.

The Neo Race organisers are delighted to announce ‘Modeltune.com’ as the official name sponsor for the 1/8 Electric Buggy class at the 10th anniversary ‘NeoX’ (3-6th April 2015) at Harper Adams.

NeoX nitro buggy entry limit increased

Due to the huge demand for places for NeoX (3-6 April), the organisers have decided to increase the maximum starting capacity from 240 to 250 nitro buggy entries. The electric class will remain the same capped at 60. Entry to the event has been open since December and with over 425 entries we hope the additional spots will allow 10 additional racers to enjoy the annual iconic event that is ‘The Neo’.

The event is still on the hunt for sponsors, as one of the few ‘true’ international 1/8 events that draws the World’s best year after year. See Sponsorship

Neo Buggy & DXR are pleased to officially announce NeoX entry is open!

The 10th anniversary of the Neo Race organised by NeoBuggy & DXR sees the event once again run on it’s classic Easter weekend: 3-6th April 2015.

The Agricultural University Harper Adams in Shropshire continues as the venue for the event, once again a 4 days event – running Friday – Monday. The event’s capacity has been slightly increased in size with the blossoming 1/8 Electric buggy class making a return – now limited to 60 drivers, the main nitro buggy class is limited to 240 entries.

Qualifying will use 6 minute heats. After the success of the special one-off races in the past they return with a few additions; juniors final, oldies final,

Forget the eggs, spend Easter at Neo!

Practice Heat listing posted

The Practice heat listing is now available for download.

We remind all drivers to read through and note the Drivers Guide!! Booking in opens 16:00 on Thursday until 18:00 and will continue Friday morning. Don’t forget a pit towel.

Some notes for arriving drivers:

– The Neo Race will be using Mylaps RC4 Decoders at the event.  This means all AMB/Mylaps transponders will count, however  if you run an MRT it may not be RC4 compatible so you may need to change it for an RC4 compatible one for this event.

– British drivers please bring your valid BRCA license

– International drivers, please remember that the UK uses 3 pin plugs, so if you plan on charging anything, bring an adapter!

– The race meeting will be run to rules based on BRCA RallyCross rules.

– A maximum nitro percentage of 25% is allowed

–  For the 1/8 ‘Vampire Racing’ sponsored Electric buggy class, only Hard case LiPo batteries with a maximum voltage of 14.8V [4S] are allowed.

– All LiPo batteries must be charged in a LiPo Charging pouch / Bag or risk immediate disqualification.

– We wish to remind all drivers, especially those staying onsite that the event is held on private property, observe etiquette, enjoy your time however the organisers and college’s representatives reserve the right to exclude anyone from the event and/or premises accordingly.

– it includes a detailed timetable for the event, rules and general helpful tips which will make your racing experience a positive one!

We ask all drivers attending to familiarise themselves thoroughly with this document.
